Dyna-Form® MERCURY ADVANCE

High-Performance Pressure Care, Powered by Circular, Eco-Focused Foam Technology.

Dyna-Form® Mercury Advance

The Dyna-Form Mercury Advance is engineered with Orbis™ foam, a next-generation material created through our partnership with Vita Group to support true circularity. By replacing traditional polyurethane, this technology helps prevent post-consumer mattresses from entering landfills while reducing carbon impact.

Each mattress saves up to 2.6 kg of CO₂, with potential annual savings of 53 tonnes — the equivalent of driving around the world seven times — and recycles one full mattress for every 16 new units produced.

A dynamic mattress replacement system combining the latest foam technology, designed for patients at ‘Very High Risk’ of developing pressure ulcers. It provides:

  • Dynamic Functionality:

    • Can “step up” to a dynamic mattress when clinically needed.

    • Can also “step down” as the patient’s condition improves.

  • Ideal for Home & Palliative Care:

    • Beneficial in reducing logistics and decontamination costs.

  • Clinical Benefits:

    • Suitable for modern hospital settings.

  • Enhanced Weight Capacity:

    • Supports patients up to 40 stone / 254 kg.

  • Interchangeable Parts:

    • Maximizes product lifespan and reduces environmental impact.

  • Durable Outer Cover:

    • Made from high-frequency welded, multi-stretch, and vapor-permeable Dartex fabric.

    • Meets strict infection control policies.

  • Optional PU-Covered Umbilical:

    • Available as an alternative configuration.

With its advanced features and flexibility, the Dyna-Form® Mercury Advance not only enhances patient care but also improves quality of life by offering optimal comfort, long-term reliability, and peace of mind, whether at home, in palliative care, or a hospital setting.
